A DREAM START FOR FIRST TIME BUYERS
In the most recent budget, the Government announced that an exemption for stamp duty land tax would be introduced for all bona fide first time buyers. The upshot of this is that if you are purchasing a property of a value in excess of £125,000.00 but less than £250,000.00 and you are a first time buyer, you will not have to pay any stamp duty land tax on your purchase. more >>
