Specifying Health / Financial Wishes
I am particularly interested in the care and welfare of those people who are mentally incapacitated and most vulnerable whether young or elderly.
Managing the finances of those people who are incapable of doing so themselves whether through personal injury, medical negligence, dementia, or alzheimers can be a burden and at times a daunting experience for family members. Often there are no family members willing or able to perform this duty. The person who may carryout this function on behalf of an incapacited person is called a Deputy. Here at Mullis and Peake I manage the financial affairs of a vast number of clients under Deputyship Orders issued by the Court of Protection.
I am also experienced in the preparation and making of new applications to the Court of Protection on behalf of non professionals ie family, friends etc.
Personal Interests:
Reading, and entertaining family and friends.
