We have long experience of defending claims made by employees in the Employment Tribunal.
We have represented employers in all types of businesses on employment claims made against them including unfair dismissal, sex and race discrimination, claims relating to the Transfer of Undertakings, Protection of Employment Regulations “TUPE” and many more.
Our clients include many small to medium businesses as well as companies with an international presence.
We also act for employers in relation to making and defending claims which have been issued in the court, for example, we deal with the enforcement of employee restrictive covenants through the courts to prevent employees from competing unfairly.
We advise on the drafting and negotiation of Termination Agreements (other wise known as Compromise Agreements) on a daily basis.
