After completing my training contract with Mullis & Peake in 2006 I qualified into the Commercial Department. I am now Head of the Company/Commercial Team within the Commercial Department.

I have gained significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and partnership agreements (both traditional and limited liability) bespoke commerical agreements and all related aspects of commercial law.

I enjoy the variety that comes with working in the company/commercial department. The terms of each deal or transaction are always different and I particularly enjoy learning about how the individual businesses operate.  I am lucky to meet and assist a wide range of people with their commercial needs.

Away from the office I enjoy catching up with friends and family. I have also been bitten by the golf bug, though I still have much to learn. In my office you can easily spot my allegiance to Tottenham Hotspur F.C. (much to the chagrin of some other members of the team!).
