I deal with a wide range of general commercial and civil litigation, mediation and alternative dispute resolution.

Only a small number of the cases with which we deal, end in a full trial in court.  We always try to settle disputes at an early stage, whether by negotiation, mediation or other alternative dispute resolution, in order to save you time and money.

We always consider not only your legal position, but also your personal and financial circumstances and those of your opponent in order to advise you about the courses of action available to you and the likely outcome.
