Specifying Health / Financial Wishes
I have specialised in Family Law since I qualified in 1987. Initially I combined this with Criminal Law but since I joined Mullis & Peake in 2002 I have concentrated solely on Family Law.
I act in all areas of Family Law save for adoption proceedings. My particular area of interest is complex and high value financial applications within divorce proceedings, for example, those claims involving a family business or complicated investment arrangements.
I subscribe to the Codes of Practice of Resolution and the Law Society Family Law Panel, which promote a constructive and non-confrontational approach to the resolution of Family Law issues, designed to preserve people’s dignity and encourage agreement. Both Codes of Practice also stress the importance of putting the interests of children first.
I aim to offer an efficient and high quality service whilst always keeping a close eye on the costs.
Most aspects of Family Law but with particular emphasis on complex and high value ancillary relief claims.
