Having specialised in all types of personal injury claims for most of my career, I have successfully recovered compensation for many hundreds of clients. Whilst I have litigated cases to trial where necessary I always try to resolve matters through negotiation where at all possible.

I act primarily on behalf of the Claimants but have a small Defendant practice, acting on instructions of insurers and Loss Adjustors.

Although I undertake all types of cases, I am particularly interested in work related claims and those with a trichological element, where injury or damage results from poorly performed hair treatment.

I am a founder member of and current President of The Trichological Society. I have recently launched a website http://www.hairlawyers.com which is the UK’s first dedicated hair injury compensation service.  I aim, via the website, to offer a nationally-available helpline dedicated entirely to this field of work.
