Having qualified in 1975, I joined Mullis & Peake in 1979 and have now been Managing Partner of the firm for over 20 years.

My specialism is in company acquisitions and sales, where I advise corporate and non-corporate businesses alike, and over the many years I’ve dealt with a wide range of businesses varying substantially in size and value.  I’m also known for my down-to-earth approach towards proprietors, whether they run just small businesses or are directors of larger corporations.

I also have particular experience in relation to commercial property transactions specifically dealing with the leasing of units on large industrial sites on behalf of investors.

Besides being a member of the Law Society professionally, I particularly enjoy our national heritage and of course golf, and am a member of both the National Trust and Chigwell Golf Club.
