To prove a personal injury claim, evidence is often needed to show your case. Evidence to prove the claim can come in many different forms and can include items such as;

  • CCTV
  • Police Reports
  • Witness Statements
  • Receipts
  • Bank statements
  • Medical records

Once the evidence is gathered it will be for your legal advisers to review this evidence and consider how the evidence helps to prove the claim that is being proposed. It many cases if there is insufficient evidence to support the claim, it will unfortunately fail.
