Above and Beyond July 2021
You will have all seen and heard just how busy the residential property team have been over the past few months and whilst we thought that March was busy (the original SDLT holiday deadline) this proved to be just the warm up to June which saw unprecedented numbers.
The quarterly bonus which the firm has just received was in no small part due to the gargantuan efforts of the residential property and accounts teams and I ask that they note our thanks and appreciation in this message. However, one individual deserves a special recognition for her commitment to the role and ensuring that completions went through on schedule and that is Sophie Hector, our amazing Senior Completions Manager.
With her organizational skills and professionalism coupled with working additional hours (including coming into the office at 5am one morning!) Sophie ensured that completions in June went as smoothly as they could have done and for this; she deserves special recognition.
I acknowledge that Sophie could not have achieved what she did without the support of the rest of the residential property team and the efforts of the accounts team (who, by the way, never cease to amaze me at their calm control and brilliance) but consider that Sophie really did go above and beyond.
