Roisin McCorry has over 30 years’ experience as a solicitor dealing with all aspects of contentious litigation, specialising in family law.
She deals with complex financial claims, including businesses, executive pensions and contingent assets such as share options. Roisin represents clients, both husbands and wives, in complex matrimonial settlements and also in relation to issues concerning their children.
As a member of Resolution and a collaboratively trained lawyer, Roisin can offer prompt, practical advice which in the vast majority of all cases results in a negotiated settlement at the earliest possible opportunity.
Roisin was described in the Legal 500 Directory 2018 as ‘highly experienced, genuinely caring and approachable’.

- Advising a multimillion pound art collector in relation to a Pre-Marital Agreement in contemplation of a second marriage. A complex case involving foreign assets and a great disparity in the wealth of the two parties involved.
- A difficult child arrangement case where the father is suffering from a psychological condition. The case involved expert evidence and investigations into alcohol and drug misuse.
- Dealing with a high net worth (£6m plus) financial proceedings.
