Mary joined Mullis & Peake in April 2010 in General Office team at Mullis & Peake in April 2010, after completing her ILEX course and progressed to become a Conveyancing Assistant within the Residential Property Department.
Mary worked in this role for many years developing her knowledge and experience and now works within the Completions Team as a Conveyancing Completion Manager. Mary deals with the financial aspects of a conveyancing transaction, predominantly from the point of exchange of contracts, including the preparation of statements for clients and the requesting of mortgage funds.
As well as the above, Mary also deals with the Land Registry applications and provides the client with copies of the title document once received from Land Registry.
Outside of work
Mary enjoys spending time socialising with her friends and spending quality time with her son, husband and family.
