About Us

Personal injury arising from accident or negligence can lead to significant pain and suffering, and have a major impact on your ability to work, and on your financial situation. In the most serious cases, the injuries suffered through accident or negligence can lead to long-term, life-changing injuries and even fatalities. In such cases the effects can be substantial, not just for the person suffering the injury, but also for their family and loved ones.

Unlike many firms who proceed on the basis of a questionnaire, at Mullis & Peake Personal Injury Solicitors we assess each case personally. Initial enquiries are undertaken by our experienced case workers who are practitioners, and who have day-to-day dealings with accident and negligence victims. This early personal involvement enables us to have a greater understanding of your needs, and generally will provide you with a better outcome and better experience as a client.

Understandably, for many of our clients considering a personal injury claim, the key questions are whether they have a case, how long will the process take, and how much will it cost. In all cases our personal injury team are willing to speak to a client free of charge to assess their claim on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis (known formally as a Conditional Fee Agreement). This means that if the compensation claim is not successful, we will not be paid for the work done; if you win your claim, we will be paid part of the fees by the other party, typically an insurance company.

Our skilled and experienced staff understand that everyone’s situation is different, and we are committed to providing you with tailored, trustworthy advice and guidance, and will progress your case with sensitivity and support. In those cases where we agree to act to pursue a claim for compensation you will be given a designated case worker who will be involved at all stages in your case, from start to finish.
