Mullis & Peake is accredited to the Lexcel Standard, the Law Society's legal practice quality mark for excellence in legal practice management and excellence in client care.

Mullis & Peake is accredited to the Lexcel Standard, the Law Society's legal practice quality mark for excellence in legal practice management and excellence in client care. This quality management system is independently assessed every six months and demonstrates our commitment and ability to consistently deliver services that meet client expectations and improve overall satisfaction. We also hold quality marks for specific areas of law including Conveyancing, Personal Injury and Family Law.

We carry the LawNet mark of excellence, an internationally recognised quality mark and we have held the ISO9001 accreditation since 1994.

Lexcel is the Law Society's practice management standard, and certifies solicitors have met high standards through independent assessment. Lexcel-accredited practices undergo rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure they meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.

The Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) is a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. Achieving membership establishes a level of credibility for member firms with their stakeholders such as regulators, lenders, insurers as well as residential homebuyers and sellers.

The Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme covers all work undertaken by solicitors and behalf of victims as to their rights and obligations arising out of any alleged act of negligence or breach of statutory duty as a result of which the victim has sustained personal injuries or fatal injuries. The scheme covers all types of personal injury work.

The Family Law Accreditation Scheme covers all types of family law work, (except public law Children Act work). Members will have shown, to the satisfaction of the Law Society that they have and will maintain a high level of knowledge, skills, experience and practice in the area of family law.

Mutual and member-owned, LawNet is an internationally recognised quality mark, with regular independent evaluation to drive continuous improvement. A good lawyer must be expert in the law, but to carry the LawNet Mark of Excellence a firm must deliver excellent legal services combined with excellent client service.

ISO 9001 is a certified quality management system (QMS) for organisations who want to prove their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet the needs of their customers and other relevant stakeholders.
