Tribunal Representation

Do you need help with a claim in the Employment Tribunal?

Navigating a claim in the Employment Tribunal can be confusing, stressful and time consuming. Filling out the form to issue a claim is only the start. Once a claim is defended, there may be a preliminary hearing, and the Tribunal will issue “directions” which tell the parties when and how they need to exchange evidence.

An unfair dismissal claim will usually be determined at a one-day hearing, however more complex cases including those involving discrimination can take 5 days or even longer. If you are presenting your case, as well as giving evidence, this can be extremely demanding.

Our experienced team is able to offer advice and representation in all types of Employment Tribunal claims, to employees and employers alike. We can prepare the claim or defence as appropriate, and guide you through the directions to make sure that your case is ready for trial. For the final hearing we will appear on your behalf in the Tribunal or, if the complexity of the case requires, instruct a Barrister to represent you.
