On the one hand, mourning the loss of a loved one is a sensitive time but unfortunately for many, it can also result in concerns as to how they will continue to manage their day-to-day expenses.

Given the current cost of living, it has made it increasingly difficult for many to balance expenses. However, as of 9th February 2023, the Government has extended the assistance it’s offering in relation to Bereavement Support Payments and Widowed Parent’s Allowance.
