Dawn Verney

Dawn has worked within the field of Conveyancing since 1989, accruing over 30 years of knowledge and experience. During this time she has built up strong relations with local estate agents, along with a loyal following of clients.

Dawn specialises in residential sale and purchase transactions. She also acts on re-mortgage, transfer of equity and lease extensions in conjunction with sale/purchase transactions.

Dawn joined Mullis & Peake in October 2015, with the following formal qualifications: CLC Foundation, CLC Accounts, CLC Practice, CLC Contract Law and CLC Land Law.

Dawn prides herself on the level of repeat business from clients and feels that making herself accessible to clients and keeping an open line of communication at all times, is paramount and key to a successful transaction.

Outside of Work

Dawn is the Child Welfare Officer for her local youth football club, Tiptree Jobserve Youth F.C. which is made up of 14 youth teams.  Dawn also enjoys baking, taking in a round of golf, and visiting the gym.
