Get to know Emma
Emma initially joined Mullis and Peake LLP in July 2021 as a Family Law Paralegal and soon after was offered a training contract. Emma completed her training in our Family Law, Commercial Property, Dispute Resolution and Wills & Probate teams and qualified as a Solicitor in April 2024.
Emma achieved a First-Class Honours in Bachelor of Laws (University of Greenwich) in 2020 and later completed her LPC with Master of Laws (University of Law) in June 2021.  Throughout her time at university Emma also took part in pro bono experience at a London Family Court and completed a Mini-Pupillage at a Barristers’ Chambers in Brighton.
Following qualification, Emma practices in our Wills and Probate Team and specialises in the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney as well as, obtaining Grant of Probate and Estate administration.
Outside of work
Emma can be found either listening to her records, spending time with her family and friends or at the stables with the horse. She also enjoys attending live music concerts and travelling in her free time.
