Esra Dogan

Esra was previously a solicitor in the Mullis & Peake Family Department between 2021 and 2022. She has extensive knowledge in dealing with all aspects of family law, with significant experience in divorce, financial remedy, child arrangements and domestic abuse. After furthering her experience in London and other parts of Essex, she rejoined the Family Department as an associate solicitor in June 2025.

Esra completed her law degree at the University of Hertfordshire and her Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School, before qualifying as a solicitor in 2016. She is known for her sympathetic yet no-nonsense and constructive approach, with a focus on limiting costs and reaching an early settlement.

Esra also speaks, reads and writes Turkish fluently.

Outside of Work

Esra loves the outdoors and often embarks on nature trips to unwind. Her other love is for food, making adventures out of exploring new cuisines. She has also practised various martial arts from a young age.
