Get to know Holly
Holly joined the firm in 2008 as a trainee before qualifying in January 2010 into the litigation department initially working mainly on personal injury matters. She was promoted to Senior Associate in 2018 and to Head of Dispute Resolution in 2020 and to ordinary Member in December 2020.
As a litigation solicitor, Holly has extensive expertise in wide range of disputed matters, including personal injury, construction, commercial property, debt, contract, insurance, insolvency and business disputes
She has a particular interest in property litigation, especially in respect to commercial property. Holly has represented a number of commercial clients in disputed dilapidations claims and forfeiture proceedings. Holly also has a keen interest in dealing with company disputes especially those between shareholders and directors.
Holly has a LLB from the University of Kent, LPC from College of Law, London and a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Law.
In 2013 Holly obtained her Higher Rights of Audience for the Civil Courts. This enables her to act as an advocate in the High Court, which can be helpful and more cost-effective for clients.
Holly has a no nonsense approach with the ability to simplify matters to the key points to allow clients to better understand the matters without drowning them in legal jargon. She is very analytical and good at working within a team environment.
