Get to know Joanne
Joanne, who joined Mullis & Peake in May 2012, handles a wide range of ​commercial property matters and assists clients with the legal formalities concerning their commercial property transactions whether they be sales, purchases, leases or refinancing. She was promoted to Member in 2018 and has been head of the Commercial Property Department since 2017.
She also has extensive experience of residential conveyancing, including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold land, remortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, variations of leases and lease extensions.
Joanne has a LLB Hons in Law and Psychosocial Studies from the University of East London and passed the LPC with distinction.
In addition to her property work, Joanne also prepares Statutory Declarations for couples marrying abroad.
