Paras Mercioniu

Paras’ main responsibility is that of assisting our team of solicitors with all aspects of the conveyancing transaction. This includes making the first contact with our clients, dealing with day to day enquiries and helping to make the conveyancing process run as smoothly as possible for everyone involved. She also has extensive knowledge and experience in working on new build projects. Paras is currently dealing with all Probate sales and training on more complex transactions.

Paras has a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from the University of Oradea, Romania; and a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from the Emmanuel University located in Oradea, Romania. Paras is also currently enrolled for Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law & Practice at the end of which she will obtain a Conveyancing Technician diploma.

Having joined Mullis & Peake from a London firm of solicitors in May 2014, Paras has a strong background in residential property and dedicates herself completely to the work she is assigned.

Outside of Work

Paras enjoys travelling, reading, spending time with family and indulging in leisure activities together.
