Trudi spent several years dealing with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and probate issues as a Legal Secretary, before completing her Cilex and Paralegal qualifications.
Having worked in the Private client field for more than ten years, Trudi’s main roles include drafting Wills for a wide range of clients, including those who are extremely unwell, and visiting them at home or in hospital. She also drafts Lasting Powers of Attorney for clients to safeguard their assets if they become unable to deal with their finances themselves, or to appoint an attorney to make decisions on health and welfare issues.
Trudi joined Mullis & Peake in September 2013 from another solicitors’ firm and she has a BTEC Advanced Diploma in Paralegal Work Level 3 in Wills and Probate.
Outside of work
Trudi likes to keep fit and healthy through zumba and aerobic classes, and swimming.
