We acted on behalf of a long standing client in connection with the access of office and warehouse premises for a sum of approximately £2m.

The purchase involved investigating title to the property and reporting to the client who ultimately completed the purchase.  The client then subsequently let the whole of the premises to an overseas company and we dealt with the grant of the lease together with licence for alterations.
