The highlight of the event was a captivating performance by the Westminster Philharmonic Orchestra, led by the talented Jonathan Butcher. The orchestra delighted the audience with a lively repertoire, including ‘Overture to The Mikado’, ‘Selection from Guys & Dolls’ and ‘Waltzes – Tales from the Vienna Wood’, finishing with a rousing ‘Salute to the Big Apple’.
Attendees, invited by West and Coe, were treated to a relaxed and elegant setting, with a gazebo setup providing a lovely space to enjoy Pimm’s, orange juice and Prosecco with sandwiches and other savoury treats, scones, and a delicious Victoria sponge cake.
It was wonderful to see it so well attended with people bringing picnic baskets and enjoying a sunny day in calming surroundings.
