Your solicitor will need to know the date the accident occurred, how the accident occurred and what injuries you have suffered. Often, they may need to see photographs of the accident location, to allow the solicitor to understand the cause of your accident.

Once this information has been provided, your solicitor will determine if your claim is a claim which they can pursue against the Defendant on your behalf.
