Andrew Fidler

Andrew has 25 years’ experience dealing with all types of commercial property. His work encompasses a wide range of clients and cases, from granting a lease for a small industrial unit to the acquisition of investment properties and development sites.

Andrew’s particular areas of expertise are the acquisition and disposal of sites, drafting and negotiation of statutory agreements, and the subsequent disposal of units.

Outside of Work

Andrew is a keen sports fan, particularly rugby, cricket and football. He is a season ticket holder at Watford.
