Hannaley joined Mullis & Peake in June 2023 as a Solicitor in the Court of Protection Team. Hannaley had previously trained and qualified as a Solicitor with Mullis & Peake in October 2020.

Hannaley has experience in a wide range of Private Client legal matters including Full Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection/ Financial Deputyship matters. Within the Court of Protection team, she deals with the property and financial affairs of people who have lost mental capacity.

Hannaley completed her law degree at Aberystwyth University in 2014 before undertaking the Legal Practice Course at the university of Law in Moorgate.

Hannaley is a Dementia Friend and a Full Accredited Member of the SFE.

 

Outside of work

Hannaley enjoys baking (particularly decorative cupcakes), reading and spending time with family and friends.

Court of Protection
The team at Mullis & Peake also have extensive experience of obtaining deputyship orders and Court of Protection procedures. We are regional specialists in the Court of Protection field. The role of the Court of Protection is to appoint (or replace) a Deputy or Deputies acting for someone who cannot manage their affairs due to mental incapacity, and who has not previously made an Enduring Power of Attorney or Lasting Power of Attorney.
