Shelley qualified as a solicitor in October 2016, working in a wide range of Litigation and Property matters during her training. Prior to thus Shelley has dealt with various Commercial and Residential Property matters for both Landlords and Tenants including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, lettings, lease assignments and licences.
Shelley joined Mullis & Peake in November 2017 and now focuses on residential lease extensions and enfranchisement. She currently acts for both leaseholders and freeholders throughout the statutory and informal processes, from the initial stages of lease extensions and enfranchisement, through to matters being decided at the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
A qualified solicitor, Shelley completed the LPC at BPP Law School and studied Law at Bournemouth University so has a LLB (Hons).

Outside of work
In her spare time Shelley enjoys, travel and experiencing different cultures, and world cuisine. Some of the activities she has taken part in are: elephant trekking in Asia and surfing in Torquay. She is also a Formula One fan and often combines her travelling with watching races worldwide.
