Get to know William
William joined Mullis and Peake in September 2023 and works within the Dispute Resolution Department.
William graduated with First Class Honours from Oxford Brookes University with a bachelor’s degree in law. He then subsequently completed the LPC at the University of Law, achieving a Distinction.
Prior to joining Mullis and Peake, William worked at another local law firm, building his own caseload in a variety of litigious matters, in addition to gaining first-hand experience in acting for Executors in the management and administration of estates.
William’s experience allows him to act in a vast range of litigation matters, with a particular interest and expertise in boundary disputes, residential possession proceedings and contested estates.
William places great importance on ensuring that his clients are heard and adopts both a user-friendly and meticulous approach to assist his clients in reaching a favourable resolution during the course of his instruction.
Outside of work
William enjoys travelling and is in the process of ticking off a number of European cities from his bucket list. To aid his travels and his love for their cuisine, William is currently learning Italian and hopes to become fluent in the near future.
When he is not travelling, William enjoys taking part in 10k charity running events and regularly volunteers for Canalability, a charity who offer canalboat trips to vulnerable people.
