Residential Property Possession Fee Information

Some of our pricing is available on the website, for a bespoke service please speak to the relevant team to discuss your circumstances.

Section 21 Accelerated Procedure

Our fees for obtaining possession will be £2400 (including VAT at 20%).   This allows for the costs of dealing with the matter from preparing the notice to instructing the bailiff to evict the tenant(s).  If vacant possession is obtained at any point before a possession order is obtained, the total fees will be reduced.

In addition there are the following disbursements (expenses):
