Denise Madams

With more than ten years’ experience in commercial work, Denise deals with company mergers and acquisitions as well as preparing bespoke contracts. She has experience drafting agreements and advising on business and assets sales, as well as share sale buy-backs and restructures.

Denise assists a broad range of businesses with their commercial needs; this diversity has allowed her to gain specialist knowledge and experience in many areas, including academy conversions, shareholder agreements, partnerships and LLP agreements.

Denise joined Mullis & Peake in 2004 having received a LLB at University College Northampton and completing the LPC at the College of Law, London. She worked at a London law firm as a paralegal before joining Mullis & Peake. Before law school she worked ​in marine insurance at Aon Limited.

Outside of Work

Denise is a self-confessed tomboy at heart, trying her hand at anything from paintballing to mountain climbing and is making progress with the art of golf.
