Sicily Mututo

Sicily joined the Court of Protection Department at Mullis & Peake in July 2025

Prior to joining Mullis & Peake, Sicily worked at a Local Authority for years and has a magnitude of experience dealing with vulnerable adults, obtaining Deputyship orders, and managing financial & property affairs for adults without capacity. She has experience dealing with deceased cases under The Public Health (Control of Diseases) Act 1984, section 46 for LA’s duty to care for the deceased when there’s no next of kin at the time of death.

Sicily has a master’s degree in international accounting & finance.

Outside of Work

Sicily likes going to musical theatre, listening to gospel music, taking long walks and adventurous drives to new places with family.
