Paul and Natacha are both excellent solicitors who work consistently hard. They are a huge asset to their team and the firm and deserve this month’s Above and Beyond.
We are pleased to announce that Shelley Fitzpatrick, our solicitor specialising in lease extension and enfranchisement work but also dealing with plot sale transactions, has welcomed a baby girl. Both Shelley and Ava are doing well.
In her absence on maternity leave, Paul Fursman has taken over the plot sale work and is now working alongside Andrew Fidler with our developer clients and their new build sale transactions and Natacha Gomes is assisting Joanne Wood with the lease extension and enfranchisement files.
It should be noted that Paul already plays a huge role in the residential property team as he deals with the lender portals and is always on hand to assist with enquiries within the team. He also deals with most of equity release work and has a long standing reputation of being a very safe pair of hands.
Since Natacha started in January she has impressed with her “can do” attitude and willingness to get stuck in and help. Natacha fully appreciates how working as a team helps us all and has assisted her colleagues in the department with difficult and problem files from the off. Having been one of the only two solicitors at her former firm to deal with lease extension work she was only too happy to assist Joanne Wood with Shelley’s lease extension files and it is so very much appreciated.
