What to do if you suffer an injury on holiday

Representing Mrs S in a claim against a holiday park for injuries she sustained on a step entering a caravan. Liability was denied by the holiday park for the entirety of the claim, in their view the step was not dangerous nor defective. Once proceedings were issued, the holiday park maintained their defence but very quickly made proposals for settlement. It would appear that their solicitors, whom were appointed once proceedings were issued, realised the risk that the holiday park faced in defending the claim.
