Is pursuing old debts viable?

A question that should first be considered before pursuing debt recovery is the viability of the other party to pay the debt if you are successful. You need to consider if it is worth pursing that party and whether they would be able to pay the debt if you were to be successful.

We use debtor and asset tracing services, which will enable you to make an informed choice on whether it is commercially viable to pursue a debt. Based on a report outlining the debtor’s financial position you can decide the most suitable action to take to make sure your debt is repaid.

Working in conjunction with a number of tracing and enquiry agents, we can offer debtor and asset tracing services both pre and post judgment.
