Congratulations & Promotions – October 2025
Following successful applications under the firm’s career progression framework, we are delighted to announce 3 promotions and 1 qualification.
James Bowles has been promoted to Senior Associate, Jaspreet Burrha has been promoted to Associate Solicitor, Jenny Waite has been promoted to Associate Paralegal and Shah Al Hoque has now qualified as a Solicitor into our Residential Property department.
James joined Mullis & Peake as a trainee. He works in the Corporate and Commercial team. His commitment and dedication has ensured his rise to senior associate. His attitude and aptitude are a great asset to the team and the firm.
Jaspreet joined Mullis & Peake in November 2022 as a solicitor in the Family Department. She consistently brings a thoughtful approach, willingness to be a team player, and strong work ethic. Her promotion reflects her commitment and consistent quality of service delivered.
Since joining the firm in 2007, Jenny has always been an integral part of the firm. Jenny is known for her reliability, bubbly personality, and sincere dedication to her work.
Shah made his mark as a conveyancing paralegal in 2023 and was offered a training contract within 6 months of his tenure. He continues to impress both clients and colleagues, with his commitment to providing a quality service and his robust attitude in progressing his team’s and firm’s development.
These achievements recognise not only their professional growth, but also the significant contribution they make to our clients, their departments and the firm.
