Land Development

We can help you every step of the way.

Mullis & Peake LLP has a long history of acting for developers. We are an intrinsic part of any development scheme and are often instructed to purchase land required for development purposes as we can advise on the title and any restrictions preventing development, whether as to title covenants, access limitations or otherwise and we can also ensure that the correct searches and enquiries are put in hand at an early stage so that developer clients have a complete picture of the site in question. We work closely with our client and other experts including surveyor’s and architects and are happy to undertake site meetings.

We can also advise on option or overage agreements that are often linked to development sites.

Following on from this, and once construction is underway or complete our team are able to prepare the legal packs for sale of the units, whether freehold or leasehold and act in the sales.
