Jessica has been working exclusively in family law for almost 20 years and undertakes cases in all areas including complex finances and children matters as well as more specialised areas such as cohabitation disputes, foreign property and business assets. Jessica can deal with all aspects of court proceedings including emergency applications, fact finding and final hearings through to appeals.
Friendly and approachable, Jessica gives each individual client tailored advice and support throughout the duration of the case.
To be able to offer you the best service, Jessica became accredited as a Family Mediator in 2018 with FMCA status. Mediation is ideal for you if you hope to avoid the court process.
As a strong negotiator, Jessica will never unnecessarily commence court proceedings, she works on the basis that it is in your best interests to make your own decisions. She will offer realistic advice and support so you can make the right decisions based on your individual circumstances.
