What to do if you think you have been discriminated against on the grounds of sex, or if you are made redundant.

Ms C had been made redundant from her job, however she believed that rather than a genuine redundancy, she had been discriminated against on grounds of sex, and had been treated less favourably after she filed a grievance against her manager. A claim was issued in the Employment Tribunal however, saving the client the cost and stress of a trial, we were able to negotiate a favourable financial settlement.
