Congratulations and Promotions October 2022
Mullis & Peake LLP Solicitors are delighted to announce promotions for Esther Marshall to Member and Paul Fursman to Senior Associate Solicitor.
The Members are delighted to announce that Esther Marshall is being promoted to Ordinary Member.
Esther, who is now based at the Shenfield office, in Brentwood, works closely with Holly Minney in developing the Dispute Resolution team.  Esther covers all kinds of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular interest in employment litigation.  Esther is experienced in advising employers and employees on a range of contentious employment issues, providing the very highest standards of legal advice. Esther’s hard work has made a significant contribution to the firm. We are confident that Esther will continue to be a great asset to the firm.
It is also with great pleasure that I announce the promotion of Paul Fursman to Senior Associate.
Paul’s new role will be to provide further assistance to Jo Wood in the residential property department moving forward to include overseeing changes required to templates, Proclaim and ensuring that we are working effectively and efficiently while encouraging and coordinating marketing opportunities. Paul’s promotion is both in recognition of his continued hard work and vision and support for the firm moving forward.
Paul has worked consistently hard in the property team. He is always on hand to assist and support his colleagues, he has a wealth of experience and knowledge and consistently provides a high level of service for his clients. In addition to this, Paul has for some time now managed and overseen the lenders’ panels as well as LMS and Lender Exchange Portals which are ever more demanding and time consuming.
We are sure that you will join us in extending our congratulations to both Esther and Paul on their well deserved promotions.
