CQS Accreditation for Conveyancing January 2022
Mullis & Peake LLP are proud to have, once again, secured membership to the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme – the mark of excellence for residential conveyancing practices.
We were first accredited to the scheme when on its introduction over 10 years ago and have maintained CQS accreditation ever since.
Mullis & Peake LLP underwent a rigorous assessment by the Law Society in order to continue to hold CQS status, which marks the firm out as continuing to meet high standards in the residential conveyancing process.
The scheme requires firms to undergo a strict assessment, compulsory training, self-reporting, random audits and annual reviews in order to maintain CQS accredited status. It is open only to members of the Law Society who meet the demanding standards set by the scheme and has the support of the Council of Mortgage Lenders, the Building Societies Association, Legal Ombudsman and the Association of British Insurers.
Joanne Wood, Head of Property, said: “We are delighted to have maintained our CQS accredited status. The accreditation is testament to the experienced, hard working and dedicated team we have here at Mullis & Peake LLP. Property transactions including sales and purchases can be very stressful. By choosing a CQS firm, like ours, you are assured of a firm that has the recognised and tested stamp of quality.”
