Lexcel accreditation Renewed
Mullis & Peake LLP Solicitors are happy to report that, following an in-depth review of the firm’s policies and practices against the Law Society Lexcel Quality Standard, it has been confirmed that we continue to meet the standards expected.
This was a full assessment against all requirements of the standard. As a firm of solicitors we want to deliver the highest standards of service and client care. We have successfully achieved two well respected externally assessed quality schemes.
Lexcel is an accreditation indicating quality in relation to legal practice management standards. Accreditation to the Lexcel standard confirms our commitment to ensuring an excellent service to our clients which is continually reviewed and improved.
To maintain this high standard it is necessary to be audited annually by an independent third party, approved by the Law Society. The audit was a thorough and detailed assessment of the firm’s policies and procedures across a number of measures.
We would like to thank and congratulate all of our staff for achieving this result and we aim to continually fulfil the standards expected of us as a firm.
