Salvation Army Donation 2022
Mullis & Peake LLP Solicitors were proud to have donated £300 to the Salvation Army’s Christmas efforts.
The money from M&P went towards supplying the charity with treats like biscuits and chocolates for the big day, which were distributed by the Salvation Army throughout Havering.
We hope that everyone will be able to enjoy the festive season.
Sharon Goldsmith from Mullis & Peake’s Family department on behalf of the Salvation Army said:
“Our team had a very busy and productive day gathering together all the toys and gifts provided by the generosity of so many people and making up family Christmas bags containing gifts for the children, sweets, biscuits and other treats. Once again, this has only been possible because of the practical and financial support we have received from others.
At the time of writing this, we have been able to help 147 families (371 children) but requests are still coming in, and will continue to do so over the next few days. We are also preparing for a special Christmas Eve supper for those on their own, giving them an opportunity to meet with others and share a meal together. Your support is very much appreciated by us, and the families who receive the gifts, particularly at this difficult time for so many in our community. It really brings joy into the lives of others, thank you! Have a wonderful Christmas.”
