Salvation Army Donation 2023
Mullis & Peake LLP Solicitors were proud to have donated £300 to the Salvation Army’s Christmas efforts.
The money from M&P went towards supplying the charity with treats like biscuits and chocolates for the big day, which were distributed by the Salvation Army throughout Havering. We hope that everyone will be able to enjoy the festive season.
“Our team had a very busy and productive day gathering together all the toys and gifts provided by the generosity of so many people and making up family Christmas bags containing gifts for the children, sweets, biscuits and other treats. Your donation will enable us to purchase chocolates, biscuits, selection packs and sweets for the parcels that we will be providing for families in the Havering area.
The Salvation Army works with schools and children centres who put forward families requiring extra help along with other families that we work with throughout the year. So far, we have been able to make up parcels for 347 children (131 families) but that figure will increase leading up to Christmas as we still have individual requests for help coming in every day.
