What happens if I have a motorbike accident?
 As a motorcyclist if you are involved in an accident, even if you are taking every measure to protect yourself you remain at risk of serious injury on the road.
Motorbikes by their nature are less protective from suffering injury than other road users.
Injuries can result from you having to take evasive action to avoid other road users or where a collision with another road user has taken place. Collision with other road uses is generally caused by driver failure to notice the motorcyclist, they therefore pull out, or change lanes causing a collision with the motorbike.
Due to the higher possibility of a motorcyclist suffering a serious injury such as brain, head and orthopaedic injuries as well as psychological injuries, it is important that if such an accident does occur a claim is bought to recover the losses that have been suffered and/or are likely to be suffered.
