Prior to working at Mullis & Peake Julie worked as a Conveyancing Assistant at a firm based in Canary Wharf, where she assisted a team of solicitors with all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from file opening to completion.
Having gained experience and knowledge in her Conveyancing Assistant role, Julie now deals with completions from the point of exchange of contracts by ensuring that all the financial part of the transactions are in order. This involves preparing completion statements for the clients and requesting mortgage funds.
As the Completions Manager, Julie assists fee earners in ensuring all completions are run hassle free, in a timely and professional manner. She is also fluent in Spanish.
Outside of work
Julie enjoys spending quality time with her son, daughter, and family. She also enjoys going to the cinema, trying different types of food and dancing salsa.
