Charlotte joined the residential property team at Mullis & Peake in the Autumn of 2023.
In 2013 Charlotte graduated from Kingston University where she studied LLB Law with Criminology and has in recent years completed her CILEX Level 6 Diploma in Legal Practice.
Charlotte begun her working life at a London law firm where she specialised in affordable housing schemes and new build transactions. However, her knowledge is not limited to just these types of transactions and she is able to assist clients with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, auction transactions, transfer of equity, lease extensions and re-mortgages.
Charlotte prides herself of her ‘jargon free’ way of working which is particularly comforting to first time buyers.
Outside of work
Charlotte enjoys spending her free time exploring new places and going for walks (and usually getting lost) with her dogs.
