Mullis & Peake joins with second firm of solicitors in Upminster
Mullis & Peake LLP Solicitors is delighted that they have merged with Wells Solicitors in Upminster. This is an exciting move for Mullis & Peake LLP Solicitors and for those that will be joining the firm from Wells Solicitors. The merger of the two firms was finalised on 10th July 2023.
This development follows on from Mullis & Peake’s merger with Stanton and Doran Solicitors, also based in Upminster in September 2022. We are pleased that we will be staying in Upminster, taking on Suite 5, at Essex House, 15 Station Road, Upminster, RM14 2SJ.
This merger brings excellent opportunities to the clients and staff of both firms. Wells Solicitors specialise in family and matrimonial law and Wills and probate services so compliments the areas of legal expertise that Mullis & Peake have.

Wells Solicitors have over 50 years of collective experience in delivering high quality work in all matters relating to Wills and Estate Administration and Family & Matrimonial law. Kate Wells is the head of Probate, Wills and Trusts department and Alison Brotherton is head of the Family department. Kate and Alison will continue as a Consultants at Mullis & Peake.
