Kristina specialises in Wills, The Lasting Power of Attorney, Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration and administering estates, as well as assisting beneficiaries in varying their inheritance.
Kristina deals with a wide range of clients in relation to both simple and complex estates involving numerous assets (including property) in the UK as well as abroad.
Kristina has 11 years’ experience in private client work having qualified as a solicitor in 2014. She took her first degree at Middlesex University and then completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice. She was promoted to Senior Associate Solicitor in July 2023.
Kristina knows that the death of a loved one can be an extremely emotional and stressful time, and is focused on offering considerate sympathetic support and advice, simplifying matters wherever possible and explaining the law in plain English.
Kristina is a Full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) having completed the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates – England and Wales. This is a benchmark, professional qualification recognised by the private client industry. Kristina also completed the STEP Certificate in Trusts and Estates – England and Wales and received a Distinction.
